Fat Thursday

Hey~ What's up ? How many donuts or faworki did u ate today ? :D I even dont know how many of them I ate :D I just know that I ate two donuts and it's enough to the end of this year. XD but faworki are soo yummy ! and I cant stop to eat them >.< I waited for this day so long ! haha it's nice make them with mom. ^^ I like cook with her because mom always ask me its good or not or i would add something more etc. in this way me and mom always learn something new from each other. :D How many times I told that I love cooking and baking ! I like watching cooking/baking channels or contests such like Masterchef because I always learn something more and more who knows maybe oneday I will be Masterchef. Hahaha XD

Hej~ Co tam ? Jak ile pączków czy faworków zjedliście dzisiaj ? :D Ja nawet nie wiem ile ich zjadłam :D Wiem tylko że zjadłam 2 pączki i to mi wystarczy do końca roku. XD Ale faworki są tak pyszne ! i nie mogę przestać ich jeść >.< Czekałam na ten dzień tak długo ! haha to miłe robić je z mamą. ^^ Lubię z nią gotować ponieważ mama zawsze pyta mnie czy coś jest dobre czy bym dodała czegoś itp. w ten sposób i ja i mama zawszę uczymy się od siebie nowych rzeczy. :D Ile razy mówiłam że kocham gotować i piec ! Lubię oglądać programy o gotowaniu / pieczeniu albo konkursy takie jak Mastechef ponieważ zawszę uczę się więcej i więcej i kto wie może kiedyś ja będę takim Masterchef'em. Hahaha XD

If We talking about cooking I wanted show you what I cooked last time for dinner ! Yes it's Spaghetti~ Maybe so easy to do but I really love it <3 Hah It tasted so good that mom bough a lot of pasta to Spaghetti and I guess we will eat it more often. :3 I never made and ate better spaghetti than this really ! Delicious~ <3 I wanna start making some Asian food because I got cook book "Oriental Noodles">.< I want start try do them and maybe I will share these recipes with you guys. :) Tomorrow I'm going for little shopping. :) I saw in Chinese shop delivery of false eyelashes ^O^ so I can't wait to buy them. :3

Skoro zaczęliśmy rozmawiać o gotowaniu to chciałam pokazać wam co ostatnio upichciłam na obiad! Tak to jest Spaghetti~ Może proste do zrobienia ale naprawdę je kocham <3 Hah Ono smakowało naprawdę dobrze tak że mama kupiła więcej makaronu do Spaghetti i zgaduję że będziemy jadać je częściej. :3 Nigdy nie zrobiłam i nie jadłam lepszego spaghetti od tego naprawdę ! Przepyszne~ <3 Chcę zacząć gotować jakieś azjatyckie jedzenie ponieważ dostałam książkę kucharską "Makarony orientalne" >.< i chcę zacząć ich próbować, może jakimiś przepisami z tej książki podzielę się z wami .:) Jutro jadę na małe zakupy. :) Widziałam dostawę sztucznych rzęs w chińskim sklepie ^O^ i nie mogę się doczekać by je kupić. :3

Ordinary days

Hello~ Last time I really have nothing to do except study. XD I'm so bored of this and look like this sleepy panda XD (cute right ?) but I hope soon will happen more things about which I can tell you. ^^  I wanted tell you that this weekend I will go to Warsaw ^O^ recently I was there 2 years ago and just for concert. I have there aunt but I don't wanna bother her because she is old woman. I go there with my two friends Agu and Żaba. ;3 We go there just for trip and meet with our Asian friends about which I wrote >>HERE<<. I'm really happy of that trip finally I can enjoy with friends and relax of my family. Ahhh my Taiwanese sweets almost ended so soon will be more reviews. ;)

Hej~ Ostatnio nie mam nic do roboty oprócz nauki. XD Nudzi mi się już to i wyglądam tak jak ta śpiąca panda XD (urocza prawda ?)ale mam nadzieję że wkrótce coś interesującego się stanie o czym będę mogła wam opowiadać. ^^ Chciałam was poinformować że w ten weekend wyjeżdżam do Warszawy ^O^ ostatnio byłam tam 2 lata temu i tylko na koncercie. Mam tam ciocie ale nie chce jej przeszkadzać ponieważ jest już starszą panią. Jadę tam z moimi dwoma koleżankami Agu i Żabą. ;3 Jedziemy tam na wycieczkę i po to by spotkać się z naszymi azjatyckimi znajomymi o których pisałam >>TUTAJ<<. Cieszę się z wyjazdu bo w końcu mogę odpocząć od rodzinki i cieszyć się czasem z znajomymi. Ahh moje tajwańskie słodycze się kończą więc wkrótce kolejne recenzje. ;)

Soon Fat Thursday ! I will bake faworki and maybe donuts for my family and friends with mom. XD I love faworki. <3 (Fat Thursday is in the Christian calendar, the last Thursday before Lent also known as Shrove Tuesday, in Polish tradition that day everyone eat donuts or faworki.) I didn't eat it really long time so I can't wait to do this. :3

Cupcakes: Vanilla and Lychee

Hello~ Not long ago in note about food which I made I showed you cupcakes with vanilla and lychee. My friends were really curious how i made them etc. I think recipe is so easy and everyone can do it in max.1 hour. :) I got this recipe from a few websides I just choosen the best ones and mixed them and add things by myself so I can tell it's my recipe so lets go. :3

Hej~ Nie dawno w poście o jedzeniu które zrobiłam, pokazałam wam babeczki z wanilią i liczi. Moi znajomi byli nimi zachwyczeni i ciekawi przepisu. Wydaje mi się że ten przepis jest bardzo prosty i każdy może go zrobić w max.1 godzinę. :) Przepisy znalazłam na różnych stronach wybrałam ten najbardziej odpowiednie i pomieszałam je dodając parę rzeczy od siebie więc mogę powiedzieć że to mój przepis.

Babeczki z wanilia i liczi

(You can download this recipe in english >>HERE<<)

 Ciasto:

-30 dag mąki pszennej (ja dałam 25dag)

-2 łyżki cukru (ja dałam 1,5 łyżki)

-2 łyżeczka cukru wanilinowego(dałam 1,5 łyżeczki)

-15 dag masła (dałam 12dag)

-1 żółtko

- 60-80 g wody (ok. 5 łyżek)

*Z podanych proporcji wychodzi 25-30 kruchych babeczek.

Nadzienie:

-budyń waniliowy

-10-15 liczi

1)Zrobić budyń(jak na paczce) i poczekać aż ostygnie. Obrać liczi, usunąć pestkę i pokroić w kostkę.

2)Przesiać mąkę. Dodać cukier i cukier wanilinowy, masło(posiekane nożem, aż kawałki masła będą bardzo drobne), żółtko i wodę. Wszystko dokładnie wymiksować (ok.2-4 min) aż powstanie jednolita masa. Z powstałego ciasta uformować kulę i na 10-15 minut wstawić do lodówki.

3)Po wyjęciu ciasta z lodówki,  podzielić je na małe porcje i rozwałkować na obsypanym mąką blacie na grubość 3-4 milimetrów. Z rozwałkowanego ciasta wycinać (najlepiej kubkiem) kółka (kółka powinny być nieco większe niż średnica foremek do babeczek).

4)Wykrojonymi kawałkami ciasta wykleić foremki do babeczek. Ciasto nakłuć widelcem, a następnie położyć na nie folię aluminiową i wypełnić foremkę ryżem lub grochem. Przygotowane w ten sposób foremki z ciastem na kruche babeczki, ułożyć na blaszce i wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do temperatury 200 °C piec ok. 15 minut.

5)Upieczone babeczki wystudzić i napełnić budyniem i liczi.

 Hi ! How are you guys ? I'm good. ^^ This note will be only about food just I wanted show you what things last time I did (cooked or backet etc.) XD maybe give recipes [?] we will see :D Let's go~
 Cześć! Co tam ? U mnie OK. ^^ Ta notka będzie tylko o jedzeniu. Po prostu chciałam wam pokazać co zrobiłam (ugotowałam czy upiekłam itp.) XD może dam jakieś przepisy [?] Zobaczymy. :D

 First think what I did was Tiramisu icecream from Biedronka and I just pour it over the chocolate liqueur. :) Yummy !
 Pierwszą rzeczą którą zrobiłąm były lody Tiramisu z Biedronki i poprostu je polałam czekoladowym likierem. :) Pycha !


























 Next is small Tortilla. :D Inside pancake is lattuce , tomato , pickled cucumber, breaded pieces ofchicken breast and mix of salads(Jewish, Mexican and Porous) + 3 sauces (ketchup-mustard,sauce for burgers probably mayonnaise,ketchup). Always excellent ! I love it <3
 Następna jest mała Tortilla. :D Wśrodku naleśnika jest sałata , pomidor , ogórek konserwowy, panierowane kawałki piersi z kurczaka i mix salałatek (żydowska , meksykańska i porowa) + 3 sosy (ketchupowo-mustardowy, sos do hamburgerów prawdopodobnie majonezowy i ketchup). Zawsze pyszne ! Kocham <3

 My NEW cupcakes with shortcrust pastry ! Which I made with vanilla pudding and pieces of lychee ! Delicious !! I'll write recipe next time. ;)

After Christmas

Christmas , Christmas... After Christmas ^^ Hello, How you Christmas passed ? For me this 3 days was really nice days. ^^ Photo of Bonbon under Christmas tree~ He closed eyes and looks so cute ! on back you see something blue ? It's bauble which he taken off. >.< 

 In first day of Christmas eve we made dinner. but we didn't take all dishes just a few salads and baked Chicken with vegetables inside which I made with mom. :3 It was so delicious ! Than I just ate Śledź w śmietanie (herring in cream) <3 It's my favourite dish XD I would eat this all the time i love herring and cream. XD and Christmas only remind me about it. Than a little vegetable salad and sernik (cheese cake). ^^ Now I show you part of our Christmas dishes~ Except them there was Coconut cake , baked cheese cake, chocolate cake, baked duck with apples, backed chicken with vegetables and herring in vinegar..:)

 I would add pics of those dishes but maybe next time I add it :) anyway. In second day of Christmas my uncle from Germany come~ Give me a few gifts ! and it was big surprise ! That's what I got from my uncle warm dress like sweater and two belts :3 bling bling haa~ 

They are really nice and I see this dress fit to me. ^^ My uncle told that soon he will search for apartament in Germany and than we can come to him haha~~ XDD really nice. My Christmas Tree (photo a little curves but never mind I just wanted show u how it looks) this year really pretty ! :3 just CLICK to make it bigger and others decorations of my home  and I show you what I given my mom a flower "star of Bethlehem". :)

Free time

Witam :) Many people know that I have free time all the time LOL.

I really do nothing special everyday. Chat, listen music,watching tv,

cleanning room etc. But I have enough therefore for next week. 

I planned something. ^^ I will go for some photo session

with my old schoolmate. :) I just want some new photos.

I will meet also with one of my blogger friends ! :D Neko !

I can't wait We just have to make an appointment 

for a specific day of the week. So I got great plans and hope

they will come true. :D Actually I searching some job in England.

I talked with my cousin from London and He told I should ask

brother about help because in my brothers city are more cheap

apartments etc. I really hope I can talk with my bro such as with my cousin >.<

But He is so stubborn anyway I have time because I want move there

after New Year's Eve so ^^ We will see :)

work time~

Hi ^^

So long didn't write but I had not connection with internet. T.T

Now, everything is OK but It's time for next changes in my life.

I get to work from tomorrow. I need study I got really not much time.

OK to the end of July I have to remind some things from chemistry,

in August I will study math so hard I have to pass exams and than

I will think what to do more. I think about search some job in UK 

for save money to go to Taiwan. Also need to search some job in Taiwan.

For get money there, I'm sure I wanna study in Taiwan and I think it will be 

Sinology. My friend told that it's good choice and that more easy study

it there than in Poland, moreover I will know Chinese better than after

studies in Poland. That's all about my plan for this time.

This summer is one from the most lazy summers in my life.

But I start get problem with my health. My knees are so bad

and sometimes really hurt and problems with tooth. I have to care

about myself much and have to go to dentist what scare me. XD

and doctor it's scare me also ^^ I have to start move and live much active.

So probably in weekend I will go with friend for beach. ;)

Ahh, Today my mom baked some cake, I have no idea how it's

named OK I will call it apple cake XD Really yummy ! :33

Anyway If you noticed I changed my blog desing.

I don't know this summer I really started like pink and blue :D

two colours which I didn't like so much before.

Blue remind me sky but pink it's remind me some sweet things.

cooking/baking day

Welcome back :D

Hahaha Today I got some lazy day as always in vacations.

I still didn't find job. -.-" It make me feel really bad.

from the boredom I started cook and bake. :p

I did some sausages in batter.

french batter , sausages , cheese and ketchup-mustard sauce.

I did also cakes ^^ mint and chocolate with walnuts.

really yummy. :D

 It's everything what I did today haha. 

Ok now I will do some cleaning in the music on my phone.

 I really don't like all time listen the same. :P

I found some new music and downloaded.
